2. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
• You may cancel this online merchandise order from the time the contract is formed until 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.
• To cancel, email a clear statement to jake@thepercenters.co.uk. Please include your name, order number and the item you wish to cancel.
• After telling us that you are cancelling, you must return the item within a further 14 days.
• Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when you cancel because you have changed your mind.
• You may inspect and try on the hoodie as you reasonably would in a shop. Please do not wear it beyond trying it on, wash it or handle it more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
• We may make a proportionate deduction from the refund only where unnecessary handling has reduced the item’s value.
• We will refund the price paid and any applicable standard delivery charge. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are only required to refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
• Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence that they were sent back. We may withhold the refund until then.
• Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are covered by your statutory rights. Where applicable, we will pay reasonable return costs.
