This policy applies to all merchandise purchases made through www.thepercenters.co.uk.


1. Returns eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to request a return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or further information to help assess the issue before offering a resolution.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to order a different size or item, you must return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process instead.

7. UK shipping only

At this time, merchandise is shipped within the United Kingdom only.
This Refund Policy applies to UK orders only.

8. Charity merchandise disclaimer

The Percenters is a not-for-profit organisation.

Proceeds from merchandise sales help support our charitable activities, programmes, and operational costs.

Purchasing merchandise does not constitute a donation, unless explicitly stated.
