This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, our Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
The Percenters is a not-for-profit organisation. Proceeds from merchandise sales help support our charitable activities, programmes, and operational costs. Purchasing merchandise does not constitute a donation unless explicitly stated.
As a small charitable organisation, we aim to process returns and refunds as efficiently as possible. All refunds are subject to inspection and approval in line with this policy.
1. Shipping
1.1 Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
1.2 Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Please note:
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays
Processing times may be longer during busy periods
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
1.3 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
Your location within the UK
The courier used
Seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control
Delays may occasionally occur.
1.4 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
1.5 Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
1.6 Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
1.7 Damaged Items

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
1.8 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the returns process below.
2. Returns
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2.2 How to Start a Return

Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.
2.3 Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.4 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
2.5 Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for:
Items showing signs of wear or washing
Items returned outside the 14-day return window
